To Be Human
Human Factors, is a study of what it means to be a Human, and not a machine. How we learn?
How we make mistakes? How can we get the best from ourselves, both as a pilot and part of a team.
The study of human factors involves applying scientific knowledge about the human body and mind to help understand our human capabilities and limitations evolved from our ancestors. This knowledge can then be used to reduce the likelihood of errors and build a more error tolerant experience.
Fly-Aerosparx has teamed up with an expert RAF Human Factors instructor and Examiner* to deliver effective human factors briefings that are at the very heart of every flight with Aerosparx.
We can also deliver a bespoke program to explore some key competencies, and develop effective attitudes and behaviours to get the best from every flight or project.
The benefit to learning Human Factor skills is not limited to aviation and can benefit many other market sectors and businesses.
Aerosparx have used our exciting platform of formation flying and aerobatics under pressure to tailor some fun, engaging packages to learn valuable Human Factor lessons.
One of the ways we use our knowledge of Human Factors to get the best from each flight is to understand how we learn new skills, and how to deliver effective briefings (and de-debrief).
This phase of learning will make the flight exercises more effective, and our courses are structured to get the best retention of the useful information for you.
We also rely on effective communication and team work to keep focused on safety.
Our Human Factors courses will always include a package on briefings and include lessons from the following:
