Aerosparx – for high flying teams is a training package designed to positively develop your team and push them to new heights.
For many years now Aerosparx is the only display team shooting over 2000 fireworks from on board an aircraft in 6 minutes whilst combining aerobatics in formation flying at night. We have conducted high profile sporting, corporate and royal events all over the globe.
We are here to help you get the most from your team, putting them in scenarios and situations they won’t find anywhere else. Coming up against new challenges and seeing how they react. We are on hand to help guide and train them to be successful in high intensity environment where timings are critical and hitting your targets is a must.
Our training package will help your team communicate, deal with stressful situations better and help your team to there full potential.
By the end of this course our aim is for you to see a marked improvement in your teams. We will provide full appraisal documentation and recommendations for future and more advanced team development.

Learn with team communication experts, Aerosparx’s flight Lead Rob Barsby, and Dr. Alexandra Morgan from The Insight Centre, as you join the team to enjoy a simulated display flying experience.

OUTLINE OF A TYPICAL TEAM WORKSHOP
WARM UP: Learn the lingo! Learn how pilots communicate – fun exercise using radio terminology and phonetic alphabet
VISUALISE THE END RESULT: understand / watch and discuss a real Aerosparx display, imagine creating a display
TIME TO PLAN: Group work, planning your display in teams
PRACTICE YOUR DISPLAY: Do a dummy run, be aware of dangers and variables. You might get some surprises!
DISPLAY TIME!: Run through your display using all the Aerosparx elements for a small audience.
AWARDS: various fun awards at the end of the session to celebrate creativity, thinking on feet, leadership, team-working, real life applicability etc.
Our Workshops
Stage 1 - In-house or at a venue - One days or Half Day training up to a maximum of twelve people - from £350pp + VAT (Office based)
Stage 2 - In-house or at a venue - One days or Half Day training up to a maximum of twelve people - from £250pp + VAT (Office based)
Stage 3 – Event Day at a venue – Aerosparx event day package - from £4000 inclusive + VAT (Office based and Location based)
Note: Courses can be split over multiple dates throughout an agreed period (12 months)
